Shipping + Delivery


Once an order is received, it is usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will begin being processed the following Monday. In times of high order volume, processing and shipping can be delayed 1-2 weeks. If you have a time sensitive delivery request, please contact before placing order so we can best accommodate you.


We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting domestic shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.


It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery, i.e. workplace or grandma's place.

If you selected a traceable shipping option, please follow these steps to trace your package: 
  • Log in to your account
  • Go to the homepage and click on your name
  • Click on "Order History"
  • Click on the order number for the order you would like to track
  • Click on the tracking link that appears below each item


Local Delivery is available for Brooklyn, NY residents ONLY. The order minimum is typically $20 but may vary in times of increased sales volume. If your order qualifies for Local Delivery, the option will be made available to you at checkout. Depending on the time your order is placed, same-day delivery may be available.

In the NOTES section at checkout, please let us know the best date and time for your delivery. If no information is provided, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the best time and date for delivery. We do our best to honor your selected date and time but if unavailable will contact you to reschedule.

You must provide a valid phone number to be reached for delivery – a cell phone number is preferred as we send text updates. We will contact you prior to delivery to confirm that the delivery time is still best and let you know when we're on our way. Our couriers are not permitted to enter residences, buildings or places of work. Please keep in mind that will have to meet them outside to receive your order. Our courier will inform you when they're 5 minutes away, then again when outside and will wait a maximum of 10 minutes before leaving. We ask that you please be mindful of the time so we're able to delivery other orders on time as well. If by rare occasion, our courier is late or unable to delivery your order on selected date or time, we will inform you and give you the option to reschedule delivery.

If we're unable to reach you or deliver, we will contact you for 72 hours. If we're still unable to reach you after 72 hours, your order will be cancelled and you will be charged a restocking fee. The fee is at minimum $15 but could be as high as $50 depending on order size.

We're still providing Local Delivery and are taking several precautions to ensure the safety of our couriers and customers. We ask that you please wear a mask when meeting our couriers. If you live in an apartment building/private house or having your order delivered to your place of work, please note that our couriers are not permitted to enter any residences or delivery locations. You will be contacted when they're outside so you're able to meet them. Contactless delivery is available – our couriers will inform you where order was left and will wait outside to ensure you're in receipt of the order before leaving. If you don't pick up the order within 10 minutes of arrival, our courier will retrieve the order and leave. You will be contacted by a member of our team to schedule redelivery.


Although an affordable way to send light packages, please note that USPS does not offer tracking information with USPS First Class Mail. Under no circumstance will we be able to track your package or provide an estimated delivery date. Virtuous G™ is not liable for items lost or stolen in the delivery process and upon delivery of merchandise to the carrier (USPS/UPS). If you do not receive your order, you will have to place a new order or file a claim with USPS.

To receive tracking information, please select from any of the following as your shipping option:

  • USPS First Class Package
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS Priority Mail Express
  • Any UPS Shipping Option

With these options, you will also be provided an estimated delivery date via USPS. All UPS shipping options offer tracking information and estimated delivery dates.

The dates listed under the Shipping Options on our checkout page reflect USPS/UPS processing time once they are in receipt of the order. It does not reflect how quickly we will process the order. If you need your order expedited or by a specific date, please contact prior to placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate you. If we need to use express shipping to get your order to you by a specific date, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Virtuous G™ is not liable for items lost or stolen in the delivery process and upon delivery of merchandise to the carrier (USPS/UPS) you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Virtuous G™ will not issue refunds for lost or stolen packages. You must file a claim with the carrier (USPS/UPS). 

Virtuous G™ is not liable for any returns or exchange packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. If you choose to obtain your own shipping labels, please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your exchanges.


We do not ship to PO Box/P.O. Box addresses. Any order with a PO Box will be cancelled without warning. Please consider an alternate shipping destination when checking out.
