Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse. We will send you an email when the item arrives as well as when the item ships out. 


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. A submission of an order acknowledges that you have reviewed and agree to all policies, terms and conditions stated on our site. 

Orders are generally processed and shipped in 1-3 days. Orders place after 5 PM (EST) begin being processed the following day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday begin being processed on Monday. Please keep in mind that certain holidays may also affect processing times. In times of increased sales volume, processing an order may take 1-2 weeks. All orders are inspected for quality assurance, packaged and shipped. If you have any questions or concerns about the specific processing and delivery time of particular products, please email info@virtuousg.com.


Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed.


All orders and preorders placed are final therefore we do not accept cancellations.


Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders and refunds will not be issued to cover the difference. Please double check to make sure any codes are entered and applied at checkout before completing your purchase.


Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal. We may require additional information, such as, a photocopy of your ID and debit/credit card to verify the payment.


While you can choose your local currency with the currency selector, all items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. We recommend contacting your bank to find out their current currency exchange rate and their currency policy.


We do charge sales tax on all orders shipping to Alabama, California, Colorado, New York, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin. Tax will be displayed during checkout on the site for orders shipping to those locations


Although an affordable way to send light packages, please note that USPS does not offer tracking information with “USPS First Class Mail.” Under no circumstance will we be able to track your package or provide an estimated delivery date. Virtuous G™ is not liable for items lost or stolen in the delivery process and upon delivery of merchandise to the carrier (USPS/UPS). If you do not receive your order, you will have to place a new order or file a claim with USPS.

To receive tracking information, please select from any of the following as your shipping option:

  • USPS First Class Package
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS Priority Mail Express
  • Any UPS Shipping Option

With these options, you will also be provided an estimated delivery date via USPS. All UPS shipping options offer tracking information and estimated delivery dates.

The dates listed under the Shipping Options on our checkout page reflect USPS/UPS processing time once they are in receipt of the order. It does not reflect how quickly we will process the order. If you need your order expedited or by a specific date, please contact sales@virtuousg.com prior to placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate you. If we need to use express shipping to get your order to you by a specific date, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Virtuous G™ is not liable for items lost or stolen in the delivery process and upon delivery of merchandise to the carrier (USPS/UPS) you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. 

Virtuous G™ is not liable for any exchange packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. If you choose to obtain your own shipping labels, please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your exchanges.


  • We reserve the right to refuse any requests for custom orders we deem racist, discriminatory or does not represent our brand positively. 
  • We own the rights to all submitted custom orders and have the right to reproduce them freely.
